You are invited to a consultation with us for up to an hour, free of charge, on any aspect of your business. This service can be provided at our offices or at your premises. During the meeting, we would be pleased to assess your current financial and internal control systems. For example, we can look at how the information is currently recorded for accounting purposes, how your PAYE system is operated, whether employment law regulations are being complied with, and in the case of Limited Companies, whether Company registers are being kept properly and are up to date. We can suggest methods of improvement, and provide services on any aspect required.

In the case of new start-ups, we can advise on the different methods of trading, i.e. as sole trader, partnership or limited company, and provide advice and guidance on the best practices of recording information and internal control systems.

We are aware that tax is an important factor, and having looked at your current systems, can suggest ways of minimising the tax.
