Mission Statement
As a Chartered Certified Accountants firm, our mission is not only to provide our clients with a full range of accountancy and business advisory services, but to also work closely together with our clients to ensure their business runs effectively and efficiently.
Our Client Charter – your guarantee
- We ensure ALL enquiries are promptly replied to, within a very maximum of 3 working days.
- We maintain an open, warm and friendly environment for you at all times. You will enjoy the “Ashdrive Open Door policy” and will be warmly received with every visit.
- We encourage you to contact us should you require any advice on systems, training, regulations and expectations of the Inland Revenue. For all general enquiries, if we are not available to advise you immediately we will strive to return your call within one hour.
- We will provide you with a Free Excel based Cash Book to record all your transactions and automatically calculate VAT, if required.
- We aim to translate your accountancy needs into understandable administrative systems, which will fit easily into your current business processes.
- You will have direct contact with the staff that actually undertakes the work for you, meaning no problems of “Chinese whispers”!
- We guarantee that all the advice you receive from us is informed, current information, taking the law, regulations and your needs into consideration.
- We will provide you with access to Free and Valuable Fact Sheets as part of our Business Advice Service, on a range of topics including PAYE, NIC, VAT, business start-ups, business management etc.
- We will ensure that your accounts and tax return filing deadlines are met, provided we have received full information at least 6 weeks prior to the deadline. In the event we are unable to do so, we shall be liable for the penalty and interest charged to you.
- We will request a meeting to discuss your accounts with you prior to finalisation, and will agree our fees with you in advance, prior to billing.
